B2: 4 folder thumbnails missing for more extensions

If there are just these extensions in folder, 4 folder thumbnails are missing:

ani, ico, wmf

There might be more such extensions, add here if you find some, please.

As I said elsewhere, all video files do not show in 4 in 1 folders; Pierre said that it is by design, so be it, but I believe that if a file (whatever type it is) is thumbnailed, then it should also show in the 4 in 1, at least to give users an uniform interface.
