1.4.0 - use filter - incorrect filter selection after last filter deletion

XnView MP 1.4.0 64bits
Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

incorrect filter selection after last filter deletion
To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image
3. open 'Use filter' (Filter > Use filter)
4. press 'Add filter' button twice
two filters (named 'New filter') will be added and last one selected
5. press 'Delete filter' button
the previous 'New filter' will be automatically selected
however it is only visuall effect, try to change matrix - there will be no effect
even manual clicking on 'New filter' does not help to select it, it is required to select any other filter first and only than click on 'New filter'
