1.4.0 "Properties" is inactive for folders [Solved]

Both the button on the toolbar and the option in context menu are inactive when folder(s) is selected. It was active in 1.3.1 version.
XnView MP 1.4.0 x64, Windows 10 22H2

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 1.4.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

Confirmed, both Toolbar and Context Menus are Active and Available when Folder\s selected
