Color Management (ICC profile for monitor)

I have a display with a color profile and Xnview with the General > ICC settings.
I'm comparing some images (with embedded sRGB IEC61966-2.1) between XnView and Photoshop.
I've noticed that the images don't exactly match, and the difference is more evident in the blacks.
It would be helpful to know what XnView internally uses for color conversions. LCMS?
Also, is black point compensation used during color conversions?
---
XnView MP 1.4.0
Windows 10 build 19045

Thanks for the reply.
I understand that one should not expect an exact match because Photoshop uses a different
color engine.
However, I did a few more tests, and I think you might have set the LCMS Black Point Compensation (BPC) flag to disable because when I disable it in Photoshop, the images match almost exactly to XnView.
Perhaps you could consider exposing the BPC setting in the
General > ICC tab near the
Rendering Intent dropdown.

I've noticed under macOS, either with ICC disabled, or ICC monitor selected I get oversaturated images because my monitor is a wide gammut one. I don't have the issue in preview, or affinity photo etc...
Is this bug related and is it fixed in 1.4.1? Or should I open a new bug report?

I confirm that Black Point Compensation is working correctly.
Thank you for adding this setting to the UI!

Oops, didn't see this reply when making a thread.
Unfortunately it does not fix it for me. Using 1.4.1
