Working XnConvert makes windows 11 loose focus of all windows

Hi.
Trying to use XnConvert 1.96 x64 portable (on win11x64) to convert big batch of .webp's into jpg's.
When pressing start, everything starts loosing focus. Like, I can't print something, etc. All windows are permanently out of focus when xnconvert is working... If I click into window, it becomes active(focused) for ~1sec and then loose focus again.
Timer says that it will take ~3hrs. That's not good for me to be without pc for 3 hours (I can find that time and go do other things, but... That's really not fine for me to be so "in-box" =( )
So, is there some way to use xnviewer without such strange things?
