Delete/Add frame for multiframe images.

In my case i'm interested in ability to delete a frame from GIF, but while searching for solution, i found a topic where author asked for TIFF frame delete - so overall support for deleting/adding frames for multi-frame pictures would be grate to have!

Bump. I still hope for at least some answer, gifs are wide spread so a comfortable way to edit them fast would definitely be useful.

Bump again. GIF are still here and editing their internal structure/frames is same uncovered.
