JPEG Guetzli compression option -- Add warning

When saving to JPEG Guetzli compression option display a warning message that save time may be very long when used on other than small images.

The idea is for newbies good, but the warning message box could be disturbing during batch conversion!

This issue has occurred again: 1.4.3 64bits, Libformat version 7.138: Edited Pic not saved: a pop-up warning would certainly avoid waste of user's time
