Monitor goes off for a sec when scrolling through images AND videos in full screen

Hello, i have a weird problem when my monitor goes off (black screen) for a sec when scrolling through images AND videos in full screen mode.
I am not saying it is related to XnView MP because it can be Nvidia drivers or bugged HDR mode on my monitor or even codecs or my "outdated" Windows 10, but here we are...
1) prerequisite: regular non HDR images and videos (i tried MP4/h264 or WEBM) mixed in one folder, Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series GPU, 144 Hz HDR monitor with FreeSync/VRR and with HDR mode off in Windows settings (if its even matter, just saying)
2) launch XnView MP by opening image
3) switch XnView MP into full screen mode (i use middle click to do so)
4) start scrolling from image and go on the first video
5) monitor goes off (black screen) for a sec while the video is already playing as i can hear sounds
6) after that monitor will also go off for a sec when you exit full screen mode even on your regular images, so it is kind of stuck in some weird state.
I think it might be related to the refresh rate or FreeSync...
I am the only one with this problem?
