Dates not showing correctly in Windows after modifying with XNView MP

Just downloaded and installed: XnView MP Windows, Version 1.4.2 64bits (Jan 23 2023), Libformat version 7.136. Things are not working the same as they did the day prior to updating. If I modify dates using Tools>Change timestamp I no longer see the mdate or cdate in Windows 11 file Manager but they show in XNView. Dates show in Windows 11 File Manager prior to changing with XNView, but not after.

May be easier to understand by looking at the attached file. The resulting File:FileModifyDate and File:FileCreateDate do not appear to be what they should be. This worked fine prior to my update to this latest version of XNView.
The pdf shows all EXIFtool metadata for one of the files after the attempted change with XNView.
This is an OUTSTANDING utility by the way!!! Thank you so much for creating and maintaining it!!! It's like a Swiss Army Knife for all things file metadata!!!

Attached are a couple of them. Does not seem to matter which files I'm modifying though.

Was that with the same version I’m using and in Windows 11? If so, could be a local client thing, though the only thing that I’m aware of that changed was the version update of XNView.
Thanks for looking at this. I may try going back to the previous version to see if I’m still having problems. If I do, then it must be something in my system environment. If no problem after rolling back, then it must be that version of the app.
Is th previous version available to download?
Thanks again!
