1.4.2 - viewer - pan - stretched image, incorrect resize cursor

Windows10 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

- image is stretched in Pan tool
- tab's miniture is messed as well, but it has been reported already
issue B
- When resizing Pan window cursor shall remain "Diagonal resize", but it changes to "Move" cursor
- Also Pan window sometime jumps in a strange way during resizing (see picture)
