Batch Convert: Colored text for file size change (increase/decrease)

Could it be possible that the "change in file size" for a batch process show colored text?

For example, red if the size increased, and green if it decreased?

Here is an example how it appears now:
(-50%)
(-12%)
(+120%)
(+2%)
(-5%)
(-78%)
(-45%)
(+40%)
(-15%)

Doesn't that make it easier to see which files grew and shrunk in size? :D

To be safe, this shouldn't be a "default" or even a hard-coded feature. I think it would be better as a option that someone can enable in the Batch Convert settings. (This is a safeguard just in case someone is using a theme that doesn't work well with colored text.)

The colour difference doesn't show very clearly on my screen... :|

Not sure whether that is due to the fairly poor colour rendering of laptop screens, or possibly slight red-green colour blindness: only normally apparent when tested using the charts, was a slight problem when younger reading resistor value colour bands, didn't stop me obtaining UK and FAA first class aviation medicals.

I expressed my reservations about the basic format in user0's original suggestion thread, I suggested that text 'larger | smaller' or increase | decrease probably more intuitive than + and - signs.

Hence why I believe this could serve as an option: not a default and not hard-coded

Or at least something to differentiate between the two. People can spot pictorial and visual differences wayyyy better than "analytical" or "textual" differences.

It's very difficult to scroll through the output to spot files that grew in size, since it all blends together in the text.

Having colored % is nice, maybe make it bolder or put them before size for better poping out.
Also not sure if + and () are still required.

On the other hand, I would go even further, inspired suggestion:
