some effects are spread across different menus, which is inconvenient

Suggestion
- Image menu
- move from Map menu to Effects Map:
- Vignetting
- Old camera
- remove separator OR move some other item below separator, so Sepia... is not only one item there
- move from Map menu to Effects Map:
- Effects menu
- move Film simulation into Misc group (same group as in Batch convert)
