1.4.3: Renaming labels in Settings does not work correctly

Version 1.4.3 64bits (Feb 25 2023)
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit / Language: German
Problem:
When trying to rename color-coded labels in Tools > Settings > Metadata > Labels, the new name for that label is either inconsistently updated or not at all. Often, is is only changed after a restart, sometimes it's not possible to change it back to the old name. The labels of the lower four ones (in my version labeled Orange, Grey, Schwarz, Weiß cannot be changed at all.
(Additionally, moving through the fields by using the TAB key makes the cursor jump erraticly into different fields instead of going through it field by field, line by line)
Effect:
Color-coded labels cannot be renamed easily/consistently into something useful, e.g. "For slideshow".
To reproduce:
1. Go to Tools > Settings > Metadata > Labels
2. Rename a label
3. See if the name has been updated
4. Try to rename it back
5. Try to do this with other labels or more than one at a time, especially with the lower ones (Orange, Grey...)
6. Sometimes, closing XNViewMP and restarting it will do the trick. Sometimes, it won't.
Actual behaviour (bug): Changes in label names aren't updated immediately, often it needs several attempts or even a restart of the program
Expected behaviour: Changes in label names should be updated immediately after pressing "OK" or at least after re-starting the software.
