adding a drop down select menu to the "favorites" icon in the toolbar

the way it is currently, you can add a "add to favorites" button to the toolbar, but it doesn't come with a drop down menu that lets you browse your current favorites.
there is a "favorites" button on the file list toolbar that comes with a drop down menu, but for those of us that hide the file list toolbar, a similar button for the main toolbar would be useful.
