I use this tool to classify my photos, but they have disappeared and I don't know where they are

why do you have same source & destination folder?

Because i'll want sort the pictures in the same folder

you can't do that. You need to use different output folder else the risk is to overwritten files

I understand, but I don't know why the photos have been deleted and how I can recover them.
