1.4.5: when go "back" in browser, the previous folder isn't highlighted

When you go from folder aaa into folder aaa\bbb, and then go "Up", it will highlight folder bbb, which is very convenient.
However if you use "Back" instead to go back to aaa, it will not highlight bbb.
I'm aware when using "Back" there is no guarantee that you're going back to the parent of bbb, so it is not always possible. But it would be great if does when it can (which is the 90% case when using Back). Windows Explorer works just like that.
