Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%
App UI - Browser
app's menu differs from Browser to Viewer mode, even if there are same menus they position is not, which is very inconvenient
Suggestion
swap Tools and Create menu position in Browser mode
- so Tools (as a more service-related group) always sticks with Help
