Viewer - pan tool
lack of consistancy in pan's context menu - right click sometimes shows image's context menu

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open image
3. zoom or resize app window to make pan tool appear
4. right click on pan tool
no context menu appears - OK
5. right click on image
appears image's default context menu - OK
6. right click on pan tool
appears image's default context menu
7. left click on image
8. right click on pan tool
no context menu appears - OK

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.5.0 beta. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
