1.5.0 - draw - select - objects moves faster than cursor

XnViewMP 1.5.0b3 64bit
Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%
Draw - select
objects moves faster than cursor during dragging around
To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image in Draw
3. add any object (eg text, rectangle, ellips, line, watermark)
4. select Select tool
- grab object and start dragging
Issue A
object will jump ~50px to the borrom-right/left, issue similar to
1.4.5 - draw - text - text jumps bottom-right on cursor move
Issue B
5. continue dragging around
object will move faster that cursor
Issue C
3. select any shape tool (rectangle, ellips, line)
- click on image and hold to add shape and resize shape
object's end will not be aligned with cursor
ps:
- no issue with 100% win scale
- no issue in 1.4.5
