Batch Rename (and Replace) - include field for Batch Comment

In Batch Rename (and Replace), is it programmably feasable to insert a field for "Comment"? It would help, if one wants to write the same Comment on various images, or even a different one for each image) . Or, perhaps better yet, to create a Batch Comment dialogue alone? Thank you.
