Subject: Version 1.4.5 64bits : "Filter by" is marked as "Custom" even after changing it
XnView MP Linux (on Linux Mint 20.3)
Version 1.4.5 64bits (May 10 2023)
Libformat version 7.143
Short: "Filter by" shows selection "Custom" even when the Filter "All" is applied.
To reproduce:
1. In the browser, I choose "Filter by" -> "Custom". The custom filter is applied correctly.
2. I choose "Filter by" -> "All". The filter all is applied.
3. I open "Filter by" and "Custom" is SELECTED, even if "All" is shown
Note 1: this happens with the "Menu -> Filter by" option AND the "Toolbar Button Filter by" option.
Note 2: when switching from eg. "Filter by" -> "Video" to "All", the selection sometimes switches back to "All", and sometimes to "Custom"; still "All" is displayed
Note 3: I had ONCE a situation where "Filter by" -> "All" did NOT show "All" but it showed "Custom", even when changing directories. I had to reopen XnViewMP to get the "All" filter active.
Actual behaviour (bug): Shows wrong Filter by action, sometimes even remains on filter "Custom"
Expected behaviour: When selecting Filter by action, the current filter action is marked with a radiobox dot. The filter selected will remain active, even when changing folders.
