After updating to 1.5.0 custom filter option stopped working and xnviewmp shows me pdf's when i press next/previous file, despite i already unchecked them in Options→File list→Custom filter

To reproduce:
1. Uncheck pdf's in custom filter
2. Open a image from a folder where images are mixed with pdf's
3. List through files and you will see pdf's and files

Expected behaviour: if pdf's are unchecked in custom filter options i wouldn't see them

This may be related to what I am seeing: filtering by "< or equal" to no rating does not filter. That is, I would like to filter for items with no rating.

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.5.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

Sadly i still see pdf's while scrolling on Version 1.5.1 64bits (Jul 19 2023).
I will try and delete xnview and config in %AppData%\Roaming\XnViewMP\
Now i'ts worse: i unchecked videos, pdf's and audio in File list→Cutom filter but now xnview shows me not only pdf's, but the videos and audios too.
I deleted this version and installed Version 1.3 64bits (Sep 6 2022) and custom filter works just fine: i don't see pdf's, audios and videos. So it's still a bug in 1.5.1

Well, i updated from 1.3 to 1.5.1 again and i still encounter this bug, this is mine xnview.ini https://paste.lcomrade.su/n9O9OWER and this is how ot looks for me in the program:

i have only images with your .ini

Big news! If i use xnview's browser and open in it's browser a file it uses mine settings and shows me only the images. And even the counter in the status bar shows me the right numbers!
But i don't use xnview browser and if i just click on the image in windows explorer and open the file in xnviewmp — i still have a bug and the counter counts all the media in a folder.

i have only images with your .ini

I dont have a bug if i start xnviewmp, after that i click on a browser button, go to a folder where i click on the image and it opens a new tab with an image — everything's fine.
I have a bug if i open a folder in explorer and double click on the image to open it.

I always change the option for «Mode when starting with a file» to Viewer. If i revert it to browser and open a file there — everything works.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.5.2. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
