Does not refresh Tumbnails shown in folders

Effect: thumbnails in folders stay what they where as long as there are more than four pictures within the folder. The pictures shown do not have to reside within the folder any more. They are not updated, even if selecting "update thumnnails" from menu.

To reproduce:
1. Install version 1.5.0 create a folder.
2. Put some pictures into this folder.
3. Put some more pictures into the folder, then delete some of the ones put there first. Select those show within the folder.
4. The folder will show those delete pictures, not only existing pictures.
5. Select the folder, then select from menu: "update thumbnails".
6. Watch nothing changing within the folders. The keep showing pictures not within this folder any more.

Actual behaviour (bug): updating thumbnails does not update thumbnails shown within folders

Expected behaviour: thumbnails shown within folders are updated if pictures within folders change.

yes we can't detect that folder content has changed, so you need to rebuild thumbnail manually

Hmm, at least when moving/deleting files from inside XnviewMP, I suppose XnviewMP knows the changes it does... ?
