[feat] - browser - fullscreen - custom shortcut doesn't exit fullscreen

Browser - fullscreen - shortcut
Browser doesn't exit Fullscreen if shortcut doesn't match Viewer's shortcut

To reproduce:
1. goto Settings > Interface > Shortcuts
- change Browser's shortcut for Fullscreen, eg to F
2. in Browser press F
image will open in Fullscreen mode
3. press F again
nothing happens, app does not exit Fullscreen mode

when you are in fullscreen, you are in 'Viewer mode'
