B3: Thumbnails for videos are not created sometimes

Edit 2:
- clear your cache
- switch to details view
- enter any video only folder
- press F9 to switch to thumbnails view
= thumbnails are not created
- press Ctrl+R
= thumbnails are created

Not fixed in RC1. Sorry for wrong steps (1st and 2nd vice-versa).

You enter in a folder with only videos in 'detail mode', press F9, and not all thumbnails are created? I can't reproduce it

I cannot reproduce this bug at all.
Please make sure your settings for "Video Files" are correct in "Items Displayed"

Yes, exactly -
no thumbnails are created.
Strange, just checked with default settings, also Xyzzy has confirmed it...

I confirm again. You may also clear your cache beforehand, because thumbnails already in cache are displayed.
This problem is also true only for the first video directory after changing views. If, after changing to thumbnails, you enter another video directory, thumbnails are created.

I also confirm. Refreshing (F5) will not show the thumbnails, either.
