Suggestion

swap columns (Shortcut and Command name)
Action and Command name columns should be placed close together because they represent the same entities
this will also allow longer labels to be displayed without clipping

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.7. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
