Is it possible in XnView MP to block user rights for individual program routines (for example for Deletion and creation of categories)
or to assign rights only for individual program routines?
If yes, how?

Currently no. But you would like to block which feature?

If any and all editing could be blocked, that would be nice. I'd block myself.
