1.5.2 Watermark gets repositioned constantly during resizing

Viewer - Watermark Function.
I am using various PNG watermarks with transparency. When I use the top middle box to resize the Watermark it gets constantly repositioned further to the top. Keep dragging the anchor and resizing larger/smaller to see the effect.
This happens only with the top middle anchor box not any other one.

There are four "anchor points" (aka little boxes) to resize the watermark.

few more issues:
- similar issue during resizing via left anchor point
- watermark start to flicker during resizing once anchor point moved behind opposite one

anchor are not like that?? Paint module in XnView MP?

no such issue in Draw mode
also anchor controls are different in Viewer and Draw modes, guess they have to be unifed

I used Viewer Mode then Menu "Edit - Watermark..."

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 1.5.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

- to reproduce
1. grab any anchor point (eg left one) of inserted watermark
2. drag it over opposite side
3. drag it back to original position
4. repeat steps 2,3 multiple times
watermark's opposite side will move horizontally
- expected behavior
watermark's opposite side should not move
- flicker
- to reproduce
1. grab any anchor point (eg left one) of inserted watermark
2. slowly drag it over opposite side
watermark will flicker
