Hi,

I am on linux Xubuntu 22 and just installed latest version with flatpak 1.5.2

Video in mp4 H265 are able to play but for those in mp4 H264 or mov H264, I can only hear the sound and just got a black screen. Same thing for much older video with codec mjpg.
Video thumbnails work for all, no issues on that.

Do I need to install anything or change any setting so I am able to see the video and not just hear sounds?

Hi,

I have just tried with latest version 1.5.5 and same problem.
Any suggestion on how to troubleshoot to find the root cause? tks

please edit xnview.ini, change debug=2, and send me the logs
