XnView Software

I have a problem on two installations of XnView MP, one installation on Windows 11 and one on Windows 10. On both the playback of many mp4 type videos freezes in both Prewiev and full screen. I have tried several times to uninstall and reinstall the sofwtare but the problem does not resolve. The problem does not happen on all videos but on about 50% of the cases, but I have not been able to find a relationship between the videos that play and those that freeze.
I also own two licenses of the ACDSee software and have no problem with this software.
The installed version of XnView MP is 1.5.2. Windows 11 and Windows 10 are both up to date.

What can be the cause?

could you change in xnview.ini and send me the logs when you select a problematic video file

I'm not sure If I understood exactly what to do.
I changed in xnview.ini debug=2 but I didn't understand exactly what I had to do whit "CODE: SELECT ALL"
Anyway You can find an attachment taht I hope is the copy of the log.
After that the software got freezed.

Excuse me, I'm having persistent XnView MP freezing on mp4 video files from my Samsung phone where I PgUp / PgDn to them while viewing photos.

I run 1.8.3 64-bit and attaching my debug log captured when I first open a jpeg and then pgup/pgdn to the mp4 file.
Besides I have K-Lite Codec Pack 18.7.5 Full installed on my W11 Pro.

I'd appreciate any hints on what's wrong and how to fix it.
