Whether you like them big or small, within colorful icons or empty spaces... show your XnView!
This will make a nice thread to show how nice XnView can be. A small explanation can go along... :D

I start...

My main use is for Photography. With the large square thumbnails, I can easily find an image and all Vertical/Horizontal photos have the same size (thanks to ch3n3 for the idea... :) ).
I also optimized things quite a bit: 20 images per page for visual estimation, maximized image area (oh please: remove that minibar), no need for preview, long expanded tree for quick browsing, dark neutral grey to focus on images while allowing to detect white/black areas, etc...

Olivier
PS: please don't post directly the large image here -> use an embedded thumbnailed version as I have done or just the link.

My Desktop is 1024x768 32-bit True Colour which will change to a higher resolution when I move to LCD sometime this year I hope.

No point posting a screen of mine. I keep it minimalistic. I always use it in viewer mode rather than browser mode, and have the toolbar turned off.

XnView is one of the few applications I use maximized (mostly in browser and browser fullscreen). I have a widescreen display, so there is enough space for treeview and large thumbnails. But I would like to have a XnView fullscreen mode (without window-border and titlebar - like if you run your webbrowser in F11-mode).

My XnView 1.82 RC3 version:

For the first time, I'm using XnView without a Folder Tree and Preview pane which reminds me of 1997 when I bought a copy of "Graphic Workshop for Windows 3.1" dam that software sucked :)

Give me a 1920x1200 24" SED Monitor, and I'll ditch my CRT... :P
