Mouse wheel not working when viewing text file

In view mode, it's natural (and default behavior) to switch viewing targets with mouse wheel, this works with image file and videos, but not text file. The result is if there's any text file (on purpose or by accident, scan log.txt for example), your browsing flow will "stuck" at this text file, until you jump out by using keyboard shortcut
You can disable preview of text file to prevent this, but then you can no longer preview text content in browser mode too

- Make mouse wheel hotkey works on text file like videos or images
- Make it possible to set preview filter for view mode and browser mode separately
