Unable to save created video thumbnail gallery using [Ctrl + S] shortcut or [File > Save]
(Newly created video thumbnail galleries are not considered new images.)

To reproduce:
1. Select a video file in the browser view and [Create > Video thumbnails Gallery]
2. Using [Ctrl + S] shortcut or [File > Save] on the created image page.
3. An error occurred and the program displays: "An error occurred during saving!"

Actual behaviour (bug): An error occurred and the program displays: "An error occurred during saving!"

Expected behaviour: As with the creation of screenshots and scanned images, the video thumbnail gallery created is treated as a new image and saved as if it were a Save As operation.

When creating a new image, the program does not specify in which format it is saved by default. When saving the program asks which format to save it in and where to store it.
There is no "*" to the left of the tab name when creating a video thumbnail gallery, so I think it may be because a new video thumbnail gallery is not considered a newly created file.
So I think it may have nothing to do with which format is output. When using the "Save As" operation, the image should save correctly in multiple formats.

since result image is not saved automtically (in png or jpeg) - it shall behaves in the same way as "Import Clipboard" works:
- show * indicator on tab
- show "Save As" dialog when CTRL+S pressed

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.6.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
