Allow to resize histogram overlay window in full screen mode

I find histogram display difficult to see because its so small, could you make it resizable or at least have few preset sizes small, medium, large, x-large.
Note how small histogram is giving very little info, and how large one shows more detail.
Histogram in full screen is show on demand so not a big deal to press "H" button when need to see it.
