[v1.5.5] Moving an image with left click makes it temporarily zoom in to 100% while dragging

On both Windows and Linux, moving an image with left click makes it temporarily zoom in to 100% while dragging.

Video demonstration using the live ISO of Linux Mint v21.2 Cinnamon (that way you can easily verify and reproduce the bug):

Pretty sure it's a defect because it doesn't occur when trying to drag with right click. :P

The main issue is when trying to toggle fullscreen via double-click and you get the aforementioned quick temporary zoomed-in derpiness.

to prevent this behaviour
- uncheck "Use 'Pan and Zoom' tool" checkbox

it's naming/consistency issue

Ah, so it seems the bug isn't so much that this exists, rather that its behavior is inconsistent between left and right/middle click.

(to clarify, middle click behaves the same as right click does, meaning it's only left click that behaves differently)
