Viewer - pan
issues with selection/zoom/fullscreen

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open large image (>display resolution) in viewer
'Fit image to window, large only' is the default option

issue A
3. press middle button to switch into fullscreen mode
- make a selection
4. click middle button inside of this selection
app will zoom to the selection
5. click middle button again
app will switch to normal mode (image is fit to window)
pan tool still remains on screen
expected behavior
pan tool should not be visible since image is fit to window

issue B1

4. click middle button inside of this selection
app will zoom to the selection
5. click middle button on image
app will switch to fullscreen mode (image is fit to window)
pan tool still remains on screen
expected behavior
pan tool should not be visible since image is fit to window

issue B2
continue from B1
6. click middle button
app will switch to normal mode
'Auto image size' will reset to 'No fit'
expected behavior
'Auto image size' should retain current option - 'Fit image to window, large only'
