1.6.1: settings->view->filter->video always show as "checked"

1. Go settings - view - filter - uncheck video, click OK to save settings
2. Confirm that now video isn't showing in viewer (good)
3. Go settings - view - filter - uncheck video again, and notice that "video" is checked despite it really isn't checked.
If you click "cancel" at this stage, nothing will change but as soon as you click "OK", it will unexpectedly re-enable "video".
