XnViewMP installed versions-confusion

Coincidentally I noticed 2x XnViewMP in the "Program and Features" list.
v1.5.5 and v.1.6.1
also noticed that the date of the XnViewMP.exe (on HDD) differs from the 'installed' version as per Program and Features list.
But the date from properties seems to be correct.
So:
- XnViewMP in Windows program list: v.1.5.5 and v.1.6.1 dated 19-10-2023
- XnViewMP.exe (file on HDD) is dated 15-10-2023
- But the properties of xnVIewMP.exe read 19-10-2023
I hesitate to uninstall and re-install XnViewMP, because I may loose the settings and toolbar and I don't know what...
