RC1: minor - skin missing icon

The icon for the "filter" button in the thumbnail view toolbar is missing (leaves a blank button) in some skins, notably the Phoenity pair. This happened also in previous betas but I hadn't submitted it yet.

Yes, i wait for updated toolbar from designer...
