Mac external ssd problem

hello, mac os (latest), I have problem with new generated jpegs on external ssd drive. To generate new thumbnails helped not, icon with text JPG remain, and..
when i try to view this jpg files, they are opened in mac os view app. When I modify in Xnview seen jpg (f.e. in photoshop) , I see file thumbnail in Xnview, but the content of the file is before this modification. When I eject ur unmount and mount this externail drive, xnview refresh the thumbnails, but I can not open some jpg files in xnview and when I press enter or click on it they are opened in MacOS viewer. When I copy the problematic files in another folder, everything is working, but: when I f.e. copy (using xnview) a file in this directory, problem is here again.
The folder had name with diacritics, when I rename it to name without diacritics the problems are gone.
