Crop to selection -- Edit > Crop... shortcut Shift + X works well for me.

Crop to content -- XnView Classic has an Autocrop function, but I'm not sure whether it has been implemented yet in XnView MP, or if it has where it is located?

The autocrop algorithm used in any case only works reliably in reasonably benign conditions, stray pixels outside the desired image area in my experience easily affecting operation even when the slightly obscure tolerance setting is adjusted.

Edit: Batch convert, at least, and XnConvert support have Automatic crop actions, and accept single files as input.

Thanks, how you're describing it is not like GIMP or photoshop, which, when one crops to content, it crops to the layers borders. But does XnView even have layers? Thats what i'm trying to do.

No XnView software currently supports layers, although at least some versions of Adobe Photoshop PSD files can be viewed.
