Delete doesn't delete to Bin/Trash Can

In V 1.6.2 macOS XNVIEW MP does not delete the file to the bin oder trash can, despite this option is selected. I've tried to uncheck this option, but nothing changed…

the file is on APFS system?

Yes, APFS is the OS (Catalina 10.15.7), external HDD is USB with GUID

The problem with files on the internal drive is identical, deleted files are gone, not in the bin/trash can.
