				Option for LastFileName didn't exist in settings

				There are LastFilename option in xnview.ini but there are no option in settings to enable/disable recording of this.
Only history and session saving parameters.
Each time any file opened it writes data there even if @Invalid() put there before starting XnViewMP like in "History", "RecentFiles" and "session" xhview.ini parameters

				The problem is that if someone does not want to leave any traces and does not make changes to the settings, they are constantly overwritten and supplemented with unnecessary information.

				Checkbox is enabled always. It has no impact at LastFilename parameter in ini.

				This problem is supposed to be fixed in 
XnView MP 1.7.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

				Now it is cleaning this parameter.
Added something there, saved, started program, exited, checked - record is cleaned. Seems ok.
