Batch Convert - Default Convert Button, direct Shortcuts

I use Batch Convert a lot for rendering Images for online usage. And I use several profiles:
- Please make the Convert Button default, so I can hit "enter" to start the process. Mostly my main profile is already selected.
- It would be great to directly assign keyboard shortcuts to Batch Processing Profiles so with the hit of a button the processing starts
