1.6.3: video thumbnails "stuck": ignores settings for using embedded thumbnails or "extract frame at __ %"

XnView: MP 1.6.3 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 11 64bit

I noticed that starting with this version, thumbnails for video files default to using a frame at a random location within the file, usually at the very end of the video. Changing the thumbnail settings for "Use embedded thumbnail" or " For video files, extract frame at __ %" then rebuilding thumbnails does not change this: it still uses the end of the video and ignores any pictures I embed into the video file. (These embedded pictures correctly show up in Windows Explorer, however.)

Effect: The thumbnails for most of my video files only show a black screen instead of a recognizable part of the video

To reproduce:
1. Open a directory with a video file, and let XNView MP generate a thumbnail for it
2. Change the settings for "For video files, extract frame at __ %" to a number, i.e., 50%
3. [Optional] Set the "Use embedded thumbnail" option to checked (Assuming the video has an embedded cover image)
4. Rebuild thumbnails for the video file
Actual behaviour (bug): Thumbnail does not change and stays as a black screen / other random frame :bug:

Expected behaviour: Thumbnail changes to the frame at the 50% point of the video, or correctly displays the embedded thumbnail (if any).

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.6.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

I installed 1.6.4, and the bug is fixed for me: video thumbnails are behaving as expected now!
