Video thumbnails gallery - failed to create new gallery

After a few latest versions, "video thumbnails gallery" feature keeps failing to create a gallery. Created thumbnails stuck at a few initial seconds and repeated the shot for the whole sheet.
As shown in the attached failed vs. successful example (generated by the MPC app).
PS My ver = 1.6.3 64-bit windows libformat 7.167

I'm so relieved it's not just me.
And I'm glad to know the team developer has recognized this bug, hence the hope of rapid resolution

BTW I need to wait for 1.6.4 , do I ?

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 1.6.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
