1.6.3 Menu entry 'Metadata' without accelerator key

OS: Windows 10 64bit
In menu bar, all entrys except Metadata have an accelerator key, so I cannot open it using a shortcut like ALT+T for Tools which is inconsistent and slowing down.
Expected behaviour: Hotkey ALT+A opens Metadata menu. ALT+M, +E and +T are already taken for other functions and IMHO we shall not break existing documentation & habits.
