XnViewMP 1.6.4 64bit
Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - image properties
Properties tab will disappear if uncheck any other tab

see pic below, it happens in all versions >1.0.0
However, it is temporary, as Properties tab appears on dialog reopen.

looks like it has been fixed in 170
