Pasting images with quick filter

In an older version of XnViewMP, if you pasted an image that had a filename not respecting the quick filter, it would still display until you edited the quick filter.
Ie: If I searched for "hw" and pasted an image into my folder called "apple" through XnViewMP, the "apple" image would still persist until I modified my quick filter (simple as just removing and re-adding a character)
I can understand why this seemed like a bug, but for me personally, it helped a lot when it came to renaming images since I wouldn't have to comb through all of the other files.
If this was deliberately removed, it would be great to have this as a setting option.
