toolbar position lock

Hello,
problem:
i have some individual toolbars, an i arranged it in two rows,
but if i resize the main-window of XNview, the toolbars was automatical arranged in one row and i can't see all icons.
proposal:
to add a feature at the toolbar-dialog with the funktion to lock the toolbar-position
